The Congress is being held in conjunction with the Institute for Small Business & Entrepreneurship’s Annual Conference on INTERNATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP. There will be several joint Plenary Sessions and Social Events arranged to facilitate international networking opportunities for all delegates. On Wednesday morning 5th November, ISBC & ISBE have joint plenary sessions. On Wednesday afternoon delegates may attend either the ISBC or the ISBE parallel sessions as preferred at no extra charge subject to room capacity. ISBC delegates may also attend the ISBE Programme on Thursday afternoon 6th and Friday morning 7th November on payment of the ISBE Day Delegate Fee. A

educators, researchers, support networks and trainers will be open from
12.30 Tuesday 4th November until
